Shipping policy

Processing time. Every piece is 3D printed and assembled to order in Brooklyn, NY. Most orders are made and ready to ship within 2–3 business days. Large or multi-piece orders can take a little longer; if yours will, I'll let you know.

Shipping rates. Shipping is a flat rate per order, based on the size of the item: $13 (USPS) for small pieces, and $15, $25 or $35 (UPS Ground) for larger ones. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time. After your order ships, USPS and UPS Ground usually take 2–5 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Problems with delivery. If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at dgsbigbricks+store@gmail.com or through our contact page and we'll make it right.
