Refund policy

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is broken, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Returns. If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us first with your order number, and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Custom orders. Pieces made in a custom color you requested can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds. Once we receive and check the return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Exchanges. To swap an item for a different color or size, return it as above and place a new order.
